Look at the following mistakes made by learners of English. Find the error in each case. Say why the mistake was made? What does the student not know?

If you do not know grammar terms for this test, put your immediate/instinctive answer.

Example:

This should be “I come to school every day”.

The student has used the present continuous instead of the present simple for habitual actions.
